Well, to conclude our Keyword Research series, I created a video about how to PROPERLY use the Google Keyword Tool to do your niche marketing research.  It isn’t a long video, but it could mean the difference between having an accurate idea of how often a keyword is searched and being way off and wasting time on a keyword that may indeed not be fruitful.  Enjoy the video:

    Thanks, that was really helpful. I didn’t realize you could make some of those
    changes.
    Question- for the first column on competition- does the full green bar mean
    less competition for search volume or more? Or something else all together?

      Val – That particular thing is for Adwords competition. If you plan on marketing via Pay-Per-Click, that will show you how much competition you’ll have. On the flip side, if you plan on creating niche sites in that particular niche, you’ll know if there’s a lot of people advertising for that keyword or not.
