I had lots of time and very little money, but I'm able to compete with the "big boys" in my market because of my low overhead and high visibility. Because of the internet, an entertainer like myself no longer needs Yellow Pages (Print Media) or Bridal Fairs (Trade Shows). I've transitioned from "Interruption Based" marketing (old methods) to "Permission Based" Inbound marketing (organic, looks natural, reputation based). Once again, the Niche Titans have hit it out of the proverbial park.
