Words of Encouragement for a Friend
If someone close to you is sick the best thing you can provide them with is words of encouragement for a friend or relative. It is important that you give them hope and positive things to think about to keep their mind off being sick, sad, angry, or even depressed.
Providing words of encouragement for a friend as an example
Yesterday I received a comment on my last post entitled marketing trends niche specialization that had a video I had watched during a webinar I attended the other day. To be honest this page title was almost completely irrelevant and a lazy attempt to target a long tail keyword that I really didn’t take the time to research. However, Jay did take the time to comment and I followed his dofollow “make money online” link directly to his blog.
So after visiting his blog I watched a video that he posted yesterday entitled “I Love Living Life I am Happy” which I had to admit is pretty inspirational. I’ve reposted it below so you can watch it right now.
A video full of words of encouragement for a friend or even a stranger
If he can be so happy being born with no legs or no arms and provide words of encouragement for such a large audience, it truly is proof that happiness is on the inside. I’ve always tried to be grateful that I am alive and everything that I have is really a gift.
Quotes from Nick giving words of encouragement for a friend
In the video he gives a few quotes:
“If I fail, I try again, and again, and again..” – Nick Vujicic
“I’ve never met a Bitter person who was Thankful.”
“Or a Thankful person who was Bitter.”
Some of the best words of encouragement for a friend are the ones that really come from the heart. If you really show emotion when you give encouragement it makes such a big difference. Your body language and facial expression is usually very important when you’re giving words of encouragement or even showing that you care.
These are words that should be encouraging to a friend, loved one, relative, or even a stranger. I’ve always been afraid of going blind… would you rather be blind or have no arms and legs? That really would be a tough one for me personally.
On another note this entire post had a secondary motive and that was to attempt to rank for long tail keywords that are relative to this video. I did some basic keyword research using Google’s keyword tool to find what I hope is a low competition long tail keyword. If you don’t know how to use the Google keyword research tool properly then you can watch one of our earlier how to videos to dig further.
Ok, so the inspirational keyword was words of encouragement for a friend with an estimated search traffic of about 3,600 people per month. When entering the exact phrase in Google I saw that an article directory, Buzzle, showed up on page 1 spot 1 for this key phrase.
Now eventually I may be able to rank for this inspiration phrase and gain some additional visitors, even if they aren’t really my target audience. If you have 100 posts targeting long tail keywords and each generates 10 visitors per day, that’s an additional 1,000 visitors per day… which should be an easy $10-30 in revenue if not more. Hopefully this gives you an insight on seo and even some help providing words of encouragement for a friend or some else close to you.
Marketing Trends Niche Specialization
It’s hard to choose a niche that will last forever because of how often trends change throughout the United States and even the world. The great thing about niche marketing on the internet is that you’re able to target an audience you’d probably never be able to reach otherwise. Unlike any other previous marketing medium you’re able to actually specifically target a niche using search engine optimization or direct marketing. Here is an amazing video.. many of you may have seen it already.
After I watched this video it really opened my eyes to how much the world and the internet has changed so quickly. I personally went to college at 16 while still in high school planning to really get ahead in life. Honestly nothing at school never really interested me that much… I’d rather stay home chatting on the internet and playing video games. Luckily a couple years ago I began internet marketing and it completely changed my life.
To me I actually think of niche specialization like I do a profession or a job skill. If you take the time to really become an expert in your field either in real life or on the internet you have a skill that you’re able to use in the future. For example if you were a contractor and physically renovated homes in real life you could bring your expertise online with a home repair site or contractor support forum. As long as you’ve really taken the time to become specialized in the field you’ll be able to offer your visitors something authentic and extremely helpful in your speciality niche or field.
If you’re going to spend a lot of time marketing your site make sure you choose something that is in what is considered an evergreen niche. A niche is considered evergreen when it is in a trend that has lasted for decades and really survives the test of time. Lets say you are a dentist and want to spend your time promoting a teeth whitening product in your spare time. The teeth whitening niche would be an excellent choice because nearly everyone has teeth and it is a product that will appeal to both males and females.
Things are changing every day… there used to be thousands of elevator operators, all of them have now been replaced by a simple control panel. Don’t waste your time on a trend that will eventually change and all your hard work could be wasted.
Does changing location increase productivity?
So I’m going to be pretty honest.. I haven’t really done much since affiliate summit west this year. I met a lot of people at the summit, old friends, new friends and a lot of amazing people in general. During the convention I drank way too much alcohol and my head was ringing most of the time. As an affiliate and a publisher 2009 was great for me and 2010 is off to a great start. Here is some of the money I brought to play around with while I was there… I managed to bring most of it back with me too which was awesome!
I’m sure everyone knows why I have 2 bricks of 1,000 in dollar bills… newho ;->
Since coming back from Vegas I haven’t spent much time in my office actually working. I’ve done a little bit of work sure and my programmer has been working hard developing some long term applications that I hope will do very well. It’s sad and pathetic but when I’m not out getting crazy with my friends, riding my waverunners or watching movies… I’m sitting on the couch attempting to do some work, most of the time only to be distracted by a private message or an interesting something on facebook. I’m really starting to realize that the couch is a very unproductive work environment for me.. it may really help some people increase their productivity but I have a feeling for the majority of us it’s really not a good idea.
So the question is.. what changes can I make to increase my own productivity? Here is what I have considered so far…
- Start working in my home office again, at my desk
- Adjust my work schedule, very early morning or late night
- A coffee shop, the beach, or even the library for a couple hours each day, change my environment and location
- Motivation, a work out or physical stimulation that requires little brain activity
- Contract more work and spend my time managing it rather than doing it, to make sure it gets done
Over the next few weeks I’m going to really give it a go and try them all. My house should be done with the remodel within 2-3 weeks and I’ll be moved in… my first home and the fact I have no mortgage really should help me relax and enjoy my work. What motivates you to excel in your work? I find sometimes I let myself discouraged and since I don’t need the money to survive it allows me to slack off instead of being productive like I should be doing each and every day.
Another thing, kind of off topic… a lot of my money I’ve made online has been from direct marketing efforts that requires work consistently rather than collecting traffic from SEO or previous link building efforts. Right now I’ve been working on different ways to make extra money using organic SEO that will bring me steady idle income even when I don’t feel like being productive. You can really retire when you continue to make money on work you did in the past.
